The best way to enjoy our chocolates is to eat them. This is not
a stamp collection.
We would like to assure our customers that we do not share personal
information. Your personal information is only used for the
purchase and shipping of your order. If you subscribe to our
mailing list your email address will only be used to send out
occasional updates. Your online purchase is kept confidential.

Nunu Chocolates offers a range of shipping options for
delivery within the US. During the hotter months or high
temperature locations all orders will be sent overnight
delivery to ensure that you receive your chocolates
in the best possible condition. We only ship
Monday - Thursday. Any orders received Friday through Sunday
will be sent out the following week. The cost of
any necessary insulated packaging will be included in
your shipping cost. Due to the perishable nature of our
chocolates, we will not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO
addresses. Nunu Chocolates is not responsible for orders
delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable
addresses. As all orders are shipped "signature
required", the recipient must be available to sign
for the package at delivery. After the first delivery
attempt, we are not responsible if the recipient is
unavailable or has a signature release waiver on file
and the package or its contents are lost, damaged, or
melted after delivered. We are not responsible
for delays caused by UPS due to weather or mechanical
difficulties.
Our chocolates are made to order so we do not offer
same day processing and shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for production and processing. Standard shipping
orders received Wednesday through Sunday will be sent
out the following Monday. This will avoid the
possibility of your chocolates being held in the UPS
depot over the weekend exposed to the chance of melting.
Overnight shipping orders placed on Wednesday, will be
sent out on Thursday for Friday delivery.
